Initially, the Chapter will be based in the Ukraine, Belarus and Serbia. The chapter will organize networking events in at least one Eastern European country and represent the region in at least one worldwide event yearly to build understanding, create partnerships and share knowledge. We will expand to other countries within Eastern Europe based on the interest and country demands for outsourcing services as well as the need for professional education in outsourcing.
