Networking: 1. fostering the Outsourcing community to come together in Germany for launching the German chapter, 2. Bringing the industry analysts together to study the latest market trends from an independent point of view and analyze the behavioral patterns 3. Hosting events ranging from leaders in the outsourcing context to beginners to understand the different perspectives of the business needs that drive them for Outsourcing initiatives. Education: 1. Expert sessions on latest sourcing and technology trends and drivers that affect the outlook of tomorrows outsourcing market (e.g., Crowdsourcing, Cloud technologies etc.,) 2. Emerging industry and regulatory trends (e.g., Healthcare, Energy) specific to geography that needs to be carefully evaluated before any outsourcing initiative 3. Understand the key drivers to be carefully evaluated in Outsourcing context specific to Germany/local Geography needs (local regulations, data protection, language needs etc.,).
