Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts capture the spirit of another time. Return to the atmosphere of a New England-style seaside community. These charming resorts on Crescent Lake are an easy walk or boat ride to Epcot®, and a quick water-taxi ride to Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort at the special group rate of $229.00 until January 11, 2010.

Theme Park Tickets

Discounted theme park tickets for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM) are available for attendees of The 2010 Outsourcing World Summit.  Go to http://www.disneyconventionear.com/IAOP. This link expires February 13, 2010 so please act promptly.

Climate

Low humidity and daytime highs of around 75° and evening lows of 63° characterize December through February. Don’t forget the hat and sunscreen!

Attire

Enjoy the climate and the atmosphere by dressing in business casual for this event, but please realize that meeting room temperatures may vary. Bring either a sweater or jacket for your personal comfort.

Orlando International Airport is located about 30 minutes from Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort. This exclusive complimentary shuttle and luggage delivery service conveniently takes you from the airport directly to your Disney Resort. If you do not wish to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express, various transportation companies provide shuttle service to the resort for approximately $30.00 round trip per person. Private taxi service is available at the airport for approximately $50.00 one way.
