In order to accommodate more golfers arriving Sunday morning, IAOP has changed the time of the Shot Gun Start to 12:30 pm. Bus transportation will now begin at 11:00 am.


Location: Walt Disney World's Magnolia Course, one of the most highly rated courses in America.
Date/Time: Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 12:30 PM - Shotgun Start. 

Bus transportation from Disney's Contemporary Resort will be provided beginning at 11:00 AM.  Buses will return golfers to the resort immediately following the Tournament Award Ceremony at the end of play.  Onsite registration and practice facilities are available starting at 11:15 AM.

Format:  Texas Scramble with a few twists.   Rules will be provided upon request.  All golfers will be placed in foursomes based on balanced team handicaps.  Private foursomes may secure an upgrade to their foursome that enables them to pick up to 2 players from the Player Pool.   
 
Included: An 18 hole round of golf, golf cart, use of practice facility, golf gift pack, boxed lunch, beverage coupons, and
$55,000 in potential tournament prizes.  Prizes will be awarded at the Award Ceremony following the tournament.

Cost:  Customers will play FREE.  All others will pay $199 per person. Service Providers/Advisors/Academics & others may elect to secure a Private Foursome or play as an individual golfer.  In order to secure a Private Foursome, please contact Beryl  Sorensen at beryl.sorensen@iaop.org.

Note: You must be registered for The 2014 Outsourcing World Summit to participate in the tournament.  
Complimentary customer registrations must be approved by IAOP.

Cancellations:  All golfers (including customers) must provide credit card information to register. All open foursome cancellations that are received on or after January 15, 2014 will be charged a cancellation fee of $199.  Private foursomes are non-refundable.

                 Golf Registration begins and practice facility opens

12:00 noon: Last bus leaves for Magnolia Course

12:30 pm: Shotgun start - Tournament begins

5:00 pm: Award Ceremony at Magnolia Course

5:30 pm: First bus leaves for Contemporary Resort
