IAOP® ANNOUNCES INDUSTRY VISIONARY AS ITS NEW CHIEF ADVISOR OF THOUGHT LEADERSHIP TO DRIVE INNOVATION AND STRATEGIC INSIGHTS
Windermere, FL, June 29, 2023 – IAOP, the leading global association for outsourcing professionals and organizations, today announced the appointment of its new Chief Advisor of Thought Leadership, Mark Voytek. This strategic addition marks a significant milestone in IAOP's commitment to fostering innovation and delivering valuable insights to its members and the industry at large.
Mark brings over 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, specializing in cost reduction, operating model transformation, and technology-driven enterprise transformation. As the Founder & Managing Partner of a tech-enabled advisory firm, he helps companies leverage technology for enterprise-wide transformation. He has a strong focus on technology transformation and has successfully delivered numerous engagements to F1000 companies across various sectors. He is skilled in designing and implementing third-party service delivery models, including onshore, nearshore, offshore, and automation solutions.
Mark is also dedicated to talent development and education in the outsourcing community. He has been a presenter and panelist at client conferences, addressing topics like RPA, automation, third-party relationship management, and operational governance. Mark has also guest lectured at top-tier MBA programs, including Kellogg School of Management, Owen Graduate School of Management, Yale School of Management, and others, sharing his knowledge with future business leaders. Additionally, he actively mentors aspiring professionals to guide their career paths and foster the development of future leaders in the outsourcing and GBS markets. His commitment to collaboration and culture underpins his contributions to the industry.
