CHARTER

Purpose: The creation of a living resource for all professionals working in any and all collaborative business models with an emphasis on social responsibility focusing specifically on the practice of Impact Sourcing, and the idea of doing well by doing good.

Mission:

• To establish and promote Impact Sourcing as a Transformative Business Model
• To educate the industry on both the business and social value of Impact Sourcing
• To connect companies and individuals to the resources they need to understand and to develop an Impact Sourcing strategy
• To connect companies and individuals to potential partners and clients to promote collaborative Impact Sourcing partnerships

Vision: To provide the education, support, and platform to enable our members to develop an Impact Sourcing strategy and connect with the partners they need to deliver on that strategy.

Scope and Framework:  Knowledge resources will be categorized and mapped to a visual framework covering the broad lifecycle categories and underlying ontologies of knowledge within each of these domains that collectively will contribute to the delivery of the COE’s mission. Examples include Strategy, Implementation, Business Case Analysis, Case Studies, Toolkits, Strategic Alliances, Economic Inclusion and Supplier Diversity.
