Getting Down to Business: Social Impact Working Groups Take Action

The working groups at the Social Impact Meeting of the Minds in San Francisco delved into some game-changing initiatives based on the input from the opening day sessions. Here’s a look at the three major initiatives, IAOP will be moving forward with partnering with social impact leaders: 

1. Enhancing transparency, trust, and efficiency in partnerships with a cutting-edge service provider registry and verification index.
2. Harnessing the power of the IAOP global network to create a dynamic connection/placement hub for impact workers and companies, paving the way for stronger collaborations and career advancement.
3. Working diligently to develop Guiding Principles for Impact Sourcing. These principles will help align IAOP’s efforts with social responsibility, creating a brighter future for communities around the world. Among the principles discussed with transparency, inclusivity, and accountability.

“These initiatives reflect IAOP's commitment to innovation, collaboration, and responsible sourcing practices,” IAOP CEO Debi Hamill said.
