The IAOP Governance Chapter held a webinar on October 22 on Enterprise Sourcing & Lifecycle Risk Management. This 60-minute webinar featured speakers John Bree, SVP, Partner, Neo Group, Jennifer Duest, VP, Corporate Insurance & Global Third-Party Risk Manager and Marica Imer, VP, Asc. Director of Finance Administration - Enterprise Sourcing both with Wellington Management Group. Moderated by Atul Vashistha, Chairman and CEO, Neo Group the panelists discussed the rapidly changing world of digital convergence and dev/ops, traditional, episodic Risk Assessments.

According to a recent IAOP survey, Governance is the top challenge facing outsourcing professionals today.  Outsourcing Governance is a complicated topic, encompassing a range of issues from performance and change management, to staffing and skills, to metrics and incentives to mindset and culture.
