To understand and define best practices, standards and success metrics for the deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology – both in its current state and as it evolves toward cognitive intelligence – for the outsourcing industry and the customers they serve. Robotic Process Automation’s ability to increase the capacity and effectiveness of millions of front and back-office workers has the potential to radically reshape the global labor market. With this potential in mind, the IAOP RPA Chapter’s mission is to maintain the outsourcing industry's early RPA leadership position with while setting the standards for effective collaboration between robotic workers and their human counterparts. Our team will foster discussion and work with IAOP and industry leaders to identify, develop and shape best practices for Robotic Process Automation and set the standards for the new global workforce.
