FULL LIST OF LEADERSHIP HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES 

The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame is one of the most prestigious awards available to individuals working in the public and private sectors. The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame is unique in that it recognizes individuals not only for their contributions to innovative management practices and collaborative business models but just as important for their contributions to society at large through measurable outcomes. Inductees must demonstrate that unique quality of leadership that allows them to synthesize a new model of business with everyone’s obligation to contribute to community-based economic development, support socially-directed investments, and provide development opportunities to all those impacted by their work.
 
Inductees are generally senior executives at the C-suite level, working in the field as customers, providers, or advisors who have made significant contributions to both business and society through collaborative business relationships over a period of years.  Recipients of The IAOP Leadership Hall of Fame award are selected by a committee of Hall of Fame members.

THE 2023 INDUCTEES

 

IAOP® 2023 inductees were formally inducted into the 2023 Leadership Hall of Fame during the OWS23 Awards Ceremony in Chicago on May 17, 2023.       


Camille Drummond
Senior Vice President,
Global Business Services, bp
Camille Drummond has led Global Business Services (GBS) at bp since January 2018, overseeing 6,000 people, across three global and eight regional centers; providing finance, procurement, customer and HR services to bp’s global businesses.

An accountant by training, Camille has been in the energy industry for over 30 years and has spent much of her career within finance, across multiple businesses. This includes 14 years within the integrated supply and trading business, before becoming the CFO of the European Gas and Power trading business.

She is the Executive sponsor for bp’s business resource group PEN (Positively Ethnic Network) and previously chaired bp women’s network in London.

Camille has won a Black British Business award and has been named on key ethnicity influencer lists including Powerlist, Empower and BAME100.

Camille is passionate about providing opportunities to succeed for under-represented ethnicities in large corporations. She also wants to drive corporations to increase supplier diversity in their supply chains. This has a direct and significant impact on communities and creates structural generational wealth. Joining Business in the Community’s (BITC) Race Equality Leadership Team provides a real opportunity to join together diverse businesses with the opportunity to partner with large corporations.


Kate Vitasek
Author, educator, and consultant best known
for creating the "Vested" business model

Kate Vitasek, member of the graduate and executive education faculty at the University of Tennessee, Haslam College of Business, is a renowned author and consultant who is best known for creating the Vested business model, which is a collaborative approach to outsourcing and supplier relationships that is focused on creating value for all parties involved.

In 2013, Vitasek published her groundbreaking book, "Vested: How P&G, McDonald's, and Microsoft are Redefining Winning in Business Relationships." The book introduced the Vested business model, which stems from award-winning research by the University of Tennessee funded by the United States Air Force to find a “better way to outsource.”

Passionate in her quest to help companies transform their business relationships, Kate inspires and motivates companies around the world on Vested’s five proven “rules” for achieving transformational results.

She has received numerous awards and recognition for her contributions to the field of business relationships, including being named a "Pro to Know" by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine and a "Top 25 Women in Supply Chain" by the Institute for Supply Management. She has appeared on Bloomberg radio, CNN, NPR, and Fox Business News. Her work has been featured in over 300 articles in publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Chief Executive Magazine, CIO Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal.
